Talon, a privately held real estate investment firm, hired Allison+Partners to help promote a major office building in downtown Seattle, as well as gain support for the redevelopment of a mixed-use urban center in Kirkland, Washington. For 8th+Olive, we created a sales center inside the complex that included a three dimensional wall with features and benefits, a video that highlighted the neighborhood location and an interactive map, all to attract companies to lease space during a significant renovation.
When real estate investment firm Talon bought 8th+Olive, we developed the brand and identity, sales center and a sizzle reel video to garner excitement for the new building.
To showcase the building's central location, we created seven different maps showing nearby transportation, hotels, restaurants and more. The maps were projected on the walls of the sales center.
We designed a wall mural for the sales center using icons to highlight the building, location, transportation and amenities.
For Kirkland Park Place, we conducted neighborhood outreach to gain support for the development of more than 1.2 million square feet of office, entertainment, retail and residential space. Our team created a website to keep the community informed, facilitated meetings between Talon and more than 13 neighborhood groups, provided media relations and organized supporters to attend public meetings.
The planning commission and city council approved the new master plan and the project is currently in design review.
